Praise Report:

Well, Praise the Lord, God is moving in Romania!  Many of you know that the situation with Alex and Sarah has experienced a turn around in the last couple of months.  First of all we are quick to say that all glory is to go to God for the successes that have happened in regard to these two girls.  God has worked a mighty work on their behalf.  In my last newsletter, I reported to you that the natural parents had not signed the paper with Children’s Protection in Zalau placing the girls back into the care of the foundation and I had asked you all to please pray with me for Feb. 8th when I would be having a conference call with Children’s Protection and the Ursan family.  I am extremely delighted to report to you that God miraculously went before us and prepared the hearts of the girls’ biological parents and they realized that they are unable to care for these girls and so complied with God’s will for the girls for their adoption by Ms. Barbara Caver.  For years we all have been battling the heavenlies for these two girls.  We are convinced that God has a unique and special plan for their lives. This past month a giant step was made toward reopening their adoption file. The natural parents once again not only signed papers for the girls to remain in our care but they also signed an accord consenting they be adopted by Mrs. Caver. One week after the agreement was signed, the Salaj Commision for Children’s Protection voted to go ahead and place the girls into Ms. Caver’s personal care.  Even though the girls have technically been released from the foundation’s care and placed directly in Barbara’s care, they will remain at the Center for Chosen Children while the adoption process is underway.  We were informed by Children’s Protection Zalau that there would be a court date scheduled in two to three weeks when the Ursan family would have to publicly go in front of the judge and declare that it is indeed their wish that the girls be adopted and that they agree to Mrs. Caver being their adoptive parent. If the natural parents continue to keep their word and publicly agree to the adoption, the process could be over in 3 to 4 months and the work that we feel God began 5 years ago will finally be concluded in His time frame and in His way. Praise Jesus for all of your prayers on behalf of the girls this month because we are witnessing the answers to those prayers daily. Thank you for bombarding heaven with us for Alex and Sarah.  However, we must not let up now when some small victories have been achieved.  We must continue to join together and pray for the court date coming up. Agree with us that the Ursans will keep their agreement and make their declaration before the judge.  Agree also that God will do as HE did in HIS Word with Balak and Balaam. That no matter how much Balak wanted God’s people to be cursed, Balam could not do it because God had already blessed them.  Agree that malevolent forces in the heavenly realm will not be allowed any more to continue to do battle against these girls and that no matter what temptation is laid before the parents they will only be able to say “YES” to the adoption and that the judge will rule in favor of Mrs. Caver continuing with her adoption petition.  Thank you all for praying; however, please do not let up yet!

 Clothes Distribution:

During the past two months, our office in Cluj-Napoca distributed to 54 families 226 lbs. of winter second-hand clothes, consisting of sweaters, coats and pants, 195 adult diapers to the terminally ill, bed-ridden, or handicapped, and 25 pairs of second-hand glasses.  Even though we were not physically there, work continues in and through the foundation while we are here in the States.  We appreciate Manna Ministries whose shipments of second-hand clothes several times each year allow us to continue this aid to those who are experiencing financial set-backs and to the poor.

Appreciation:

We personally would like to thank the churches that have received us so generously this month.  Our thanks to Pastor David and Connie Herring of Refuge Christian Fellowship in Talking Rock, GA.  Thank you for such a wonderful time in fellowship, prayer, and for your generous love offering towards the ministry. Also, thank you for your continued monthly support. On Feb. 26 we were at Fountain of Life, Church of God in Calera, AL. Our thanks to Pastor John and Pat Jacks for their continued support to our ministry. Thank you for your love offering, prayers, and the words of encouragement. May God richly bless both of your churches for your faithfulness to the work in Romania.

On March 12th we will be speaking at Manna Ministries in Marbleton, GA.  Thank you, Pastor Dave and Wanda Martin, for the invitation to your church and we are looking forward to seeing what God will do in this service.

 To Our Monthly Supporters….

Our thanks to you all for your prayers, emails of encouragement, and your financial support to the work in Romania. Our prayers are continually with you for your faithfulness in giving so unselfishly each month to help us carry the gospel of Christ to those who have still not heard in Romania. May God return to you a 100 times over what you have given to this ministry.

· Continue to pray with us regarding the planting of the church in Ferma Larga. We need you standing alongside us to help make this vision an actuality.  We feel God is moving in this village and wants to use us to feed His sheep. However, we need God working in and through us to accomplish this work.  Please continue to pray that everything needed to accomplish this task will be provided – material, finances, and volunteers, not to mention a missionary pastor to shepherd the flock.

· Monika and Mark plan to wed on Saturday, April 1, at 6:00 p.m. So please continue to be in prayer for them as well!

Our love and blessings to you all!

 Yours in Christ,

Freddy and Rita
